How it goes
1. Enroll
Pick a plan, we schedule your first visit and put you in the reminder system so you never have to track it.
2. Spring cooling visit
Full precision tune-up before the first 100° day — coil cleaning, charge check, electrical, drain flush.
3. Fall heating visit
Combustion and safety checks, heat strips, ignition components, thermostat calibration.
4. Priority all year
Members jump the queue on emergency calls and never pay overtime rates.
Maintenance Plans questions
- Does the plan renew automatically?
- Yes, monthly, and you can cancel any time with no penalty or fee.
- What if I have two systems?
- Additional systems are discounted on every plan — tell us at enrollment and we'll price it out.
- Do unused visits roll over?
- Visits are scheduled inside the plan year. If you miss the window, call us and we'll fit you in rather than lose it.
