Installs & Replacements
Sized for your house, not a guess.
A new system is only as good as its install. We run a load calculation on your actual home, check duct static pressure, and set the equipment up so it hits its rated efficiency instead of its brochure efficiency.

How it goes
1. In-home assessment
We measure the home, check duct sizing and static pressure, and look at your real usage — free, no obligation.
2. Manual J & options
A load calculation drives the tonnage. You get 2–3 options priced out, good/better/best, in writing.
3. Install day
Drop cloths, permits pulled, old system hauled away. Most changeouts are done in a single day.
4. Commission & register
Airflow set, charge weighed in, thermostat programmed, warranty registered with the manufacturer for you.
Installs & Replacements questions
- Is a bigger unit better?
- No. Oversized systems short-cycle, never pull humidity, and wear out sooner. That's why we run the load calc.
- What warranty comes with a new system?
- Typically 10 years on parts from the manufacturer once we register it, plus our own labor warranty on the installation.
- Can you finance it?
- Yes, with approved credit. We'll show monthly numbers alongside the cash price at the estimate.
