How it goes
1. Assess
We inspect the filter setup, return air, duct condition and airflow, and talk through what's bothering you.
2. Test
Static pressure and airflow readings show whether the ducts, the filter or the equipment is the real problem.
3. Recommend
Filtration, purification, sealing or duct repair — priced separately so you can stage the work.
4. Verify
We re-measure after the work so the new filter isn't choking your system.
Indoor Air Quality questions
- Do UV lights actually work?
- On coil and drain-pan biological growth, yes. For dust and allergens, filtration and duct sealing do far more.
- How often should I change my filter?
- 1-inch filters every 30–60 days in the Valley. A 4- or 5-inch media cabinet stretches that to 6–12 months.
- Is duct cleaning worth it?
- Only when there's real contamination or construction debris. We'll tell you honestly if yours doesn't need it.
